Team Member

Greet guests, escort them to tables or waiting areas, provide menus, and communicate guest arrivals to servers. Record table status based on seating and server assignment charts, then maintain a clean working area by sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning glass doors and windows. Demonstrate excellent communication skills including telephone etiquette, communicate special guest needs to servers and supervisors, and maintain communication with management, kitchen staff, and service staff to ensure dining details are handled properly and guest concerns are addressed. Provide guidance to guests on resort activities, dining options, and general resort and regional information.
