Team Members perform multiple roles including Guest Service, Food Service, Cashier, and Prep Cook in a fast-paced convenience-store environment. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, delivering quality service, operating a cash register, stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, inventory management, ordering and rotation of products, and adhering to brand standards. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform basic math. Cross-training is expected to handle various duties across shifts. Shifts available include Day (6 AM–2 PM), Evening (2 PM–10 PM), and Overnight (10 PM–6 AM) with possible weekend availability and overtime. The role emphasizes problem solving, teamwork, reliability, punctuality, coachability, and a customer-service mindset; prior C-Store, retail, food service, or customer service experience is preferred.
