Job Summary
Team Members are the engine of the company, performing Guest Service, Food Service, Cashier, and Kitchen/Prep duties with cross-training across multiple role types per shift. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, assisting with food items, operating a cash register, stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding brand standards. Roles involve problem solving, ensuring quality and safety, and supporting a fast-paced environment. Schedules include Day (6 AM–2 PM), Evening (2 PM–10 PM), and Overnight (10 PM–6 AM) shifts; weekend availability preferred; overtime optional. Minimum qualifications include being 18+, clear communication, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, reliability, punctuality, team-first attitude, coachability, basic math, and ability to stand for the shift.
