Job Summary
Team Member roles across multiple functions (guest service, food service, cashier, prep cook) at Little General with cross-training to perform various duties each shift. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, reading and reacting to guest needs, ensuring quality and safety in food service, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, inventory tasks, operating a cash register, promoting promotions, and upholding brand standards. Positions include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts (day, evening, overnight) with weekend availability and overtime optional; internal promotion opportunities and comprehensive benefits are offered.
