Job Summary
Greet customers, run the register, and make purchase suggestions while working inside and outside the store to maintain high standards for appearance and service. Perform cashier duties, work with the food program, and solve problems quickly as part of a fun, energetic team. Provide regular onsite attendance while interacting with many customers daily to accomplish store goals. This part-time role at Circle K offers weekly pay and bonus potential for those with retail experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail and customer service experience
- Sales associate or cashiering experience
- Motivation to advance in a career
- Willingness to learn and have fun
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Ability to grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands
- Ability to climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
