Job Summary
Greet customers, run the register, and make purchase suggestions while working inside and outside the store to maintain high appearance standards. Provide fast, friendly service across many different areas, interact with daily customers, and work with a team to accomplish daily goals. Solve problems, offer suggestions, and perform at a quick pace while maintaining predictable onsite attendance. This part-time role requires evening and weekend availability and involves standing or walking up to eight hours with physical tasks including lifting up to 60 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail and customer service experience
- Sales associate or cashiering experience
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands
- Provide regular and predicable onsite attendance
- Shift Availability Evenings (Weekdays + Weekend Availability Required)
