Job Summary
Team Members perform guest service across Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles. Responsibilities include regular attendance, handling emergencies, general cleaning, and compliance with dress code. In Box Office, operate POS, handle cash and cards, upsell Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX), promote Regal Crown Club, ensure ticket sales comply with MPAA ratings, and respond to guest inquiries. In Concession, operate POS, manage cash/cards, stock, promote Regal Crown Club, maintain equipment, ensure food safety laws, and observe beverage service where applicable. In Usher, tear tickets, direct patrons, enforce MPAA ratings, inspect belongings, assist with seating, conduct theatre cleanups, monitor concessions, and perform opening/closing duties. Training materials cover harassment and discrimination. This is a part-time role with potential assignments to Box Office, Concession Stand, or Usher, with responsibilities scaling to each area as described.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
- If the theatre sells alcohol and your assigned duties will include the selling/serving of alcohol, it is your responsibility to complete any legally required state or local training and obtain the required certificate. In addition, you must complete the Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.
