Job Summary
Greet guests, smile, and answer menu questions while accurately inputting orders into the POS system. Process cash, credit, and other payments, ensuring correct change and maintaining a balanced cash drawer. Assemble food orders per specifications, suggest combos based on promotions, and resolve customer complaints with respect. Maintain a clean work area across counters, registers, dining rooms, restrooms, and exteriors while following all food safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations, count cash drawers, and handle refunds as needed. Full-time and part-time roles available with competitive hourly wages, paid vacation, and benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching. Valid driver's license preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Reliable transportation and ability to work long/irregular shifts when required
- Physical ability to meet restaurant demands: standing, lifting, bending, squatting, reaching, sweeping, mopping, and working in varied temperatures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, prioritize and organize while having a sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
