Job Summary
Join Pollo Tropical as a Team Member responsible for preparing and serving food to customers and maintaining a clean dining environment. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, cooking and packaging food, stocking kitchen supplies, handling payments, and cleaning restaurant premises. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and maintain composure under pressure. Previous experience is not required; however, the ability to learn and adapt is essential.
