Job Summary
As a Team Member at Pollo Tropical, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food while maintaining a clean dining environment. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, taking food and beverage orders, relaying orders to the kitchen, cooking, preparing, and packaging food, and collecting payments. Successful candidates must have strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task and respond to customer requests promptly, and the physical ability to stand, walk, and lift items up to 50 pounds. No supervisory responsibilities are required.
