Job Summary
Team Members perform multiple roles across guest service, food service, cashiering, and store duties. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, running a cash register, stocking shelves, food preparation and service, maintaining cleanliness and safety, handling inventory, and promoting a positive guest experience. Roles are cross-trained to cover various functions during a shift; emphasis on delivering high-quality service, problem-solving, teamwork, reliability, basic math, and staying punctual. Opportunities for internal promotion, ongoing training, and career growth are highlighted, with shifts available across day, evening, and overnight periods, plus weekend availability and OT as needed.
