Job Summary
Team Member roles across multiple functions (Guest Service, Food Service, Cashier, Prep Cook) at Sudden Service. Responsibilities include delivering friendly guest service, operating cash register, stocking shelves, assisting guests, food preparation and kitchen duties, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, inventory management, and following brand guidelines. Roles are cross-trained to perform various duties during a shift, with emphasis on resolving guest needs, teamwork, and upholding service quality. Shifts available across Day, Evening, and Overnight with weekend availability preferred; internal opportunities for promotion and career development are highlighted.
