Team Medical Director- OB

Provide medical leadership for the OB Medical Team, collaborating with senior managers and nursing leaders to establish productivity goals. Organize daily team activities, department flow, and staff resource utilization while supervising providers. Participate in orientation and training for new providers, and develop goals and priorities with the leadership team. Write policies and procedures relevant to the Medical Team as needed. The role requires a Board Certified physician with a Massachusetts license and experience in medical administration, particularly evaluation and supervision of licensed providers. Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is preferred, along with demonstrated past leadership ability and experience in Quality Assurance and Continuous Quality Improvement. Flexible shifts are available.
