Job Summary
Lead the Workplace Experience team by developing, coaching, and managing a motivated cross-functional group while planning resources and conducting regular feedback and goal discussions. Steer property optimizations, office renovations, and relocations, coordinating external service providers to ensure high service quality and managing budget planning, cost control, and economic oversight across multiple sites. Drive process development, standardization, and governance structures by collaborating with Procurement, Office Operations, Legal, IT, HR, and Finance to implement data-driven optimization measures based on user feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Workplace- oder Office Management, Facilities, Hospitality oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung sowie erste bis mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
- Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Kompetenzen auf allen Hierarchieebenen
- Strategisches Denkvermögen, eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität sowie hohe Flexibilität, verbunden mit einer pragmatischen, lösungs- und serviceorientierten Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
