Job Summary
Remote Team Manager in Workersâ Compensation leading a high-performing claims operations group. You will guide investigations, ensure compliant service across company, carrier, and account guidelines, and partner with senior leadership (VP and Assistant VP of Claims) to strengthen operations and elevate center performance. NV WC experience is required and the role offers remote flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S. Youâll supervise and inspire a team, drive process improvements, and focus on people, process, and purpose.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading claims operations in Workersâ Compensation
- Strong Nevada Workersâ Compensation (NV WC) experience
- Proven leadership and people-management skills
- Ability to partner with senior leadership and drive service improvements
- Knowledge of claims investigations and compliance standards across multiple stakeholders (company, carrier, account)
