Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of Team Leader experience supporting mortgage campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and identify patterns
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to build trust and collaborate with peers, stakeholders, and leadership teams
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with ownership and accountability
