Job Summary
Lead, coach, and mentor a small team of Agents, holding regular 1:1s to provide guidance, feedback, and strategic direction. Partner with Associate Directors to align on priorities and performance, while actively recruiting, selecting, and training new hires for long-term success. Oversee performance reviews, support goal-setting, and create tailored development plans for each team member. Continue representing talent directly to contribute to sales performance, embodying the entrepreneurial spirit of Dulcedo's high-growth boutique agency.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in talent management or influencer marketing
- experience leading, mentoring, or supporting more junior team members
