Job Summary
Develop a team of agents and pipelines by sourcing hiring channels and enhancing existing footfall to drive fresh referrals. Conduct field demonstrations and training to ensure product knowledge, while planning and reviewing activities to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets. Improve agent productivity and foster customer loyalty by responding to queries on-time and satisfactorily per company standards. Manage the interview process including online tests, rounds with OH and RM, and HR documentation. Requires 25-35 years age, graduate degree, 2+ years field sales experience, and local status with two-wheelers. CTC is 3 LPA fixed plus variable incentive.
