Job Summary
Dynamic Team Manager to lead a 10-12 person group handling order preparation, order management, and billing for designated segment customers within KSA/GSA sales order management. Responsibilities include coaching, training, performance management, ensuring timely actions, driving continuous improvement, resolving delays, and building relationships with internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Credit Management) to meet volume, service, and quality targets. Strong emphasis on leadership, customer service orientation, and cross-functional collaboration within a global financial markets environment.
