Job Summary
Team Manager R&D Software leading a team of automation engineers and developers in R&D for chocolate & flavor machines. Responsible for PLC, HMI, and safety solutions across machine life cycles; plan resources, ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality; collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and global platform teams; require degree in automation/engineering, several years in automation and PLC development, and leadership experience; German and English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in automation, electrical engineering, software engineering, IT or a comparable technical field
- Several years of experience in automation, PLC software development, machine control or a related engineering discipline
- Experience in leading or coordinating technical teams in development or engineering projects
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming, HMI integration, machine control concepts and ideally safety-related automation
- Structured and solution-oriented working style with strong communication skills in German and English and the ability to motivate and develop people
