Team Manager-Production

Manage depth and breadth across all shifts and crews within the department to deliver scorecard objectives. Own processes such as constraint management and VRT, while standardizing workstations and planning change initiatives. Identify continuous improvement opportunities and act as a change agent to drive the Ford Production System.
