Job Summary
Manage team members and assist stores in multiple locations with displaying and organizing live plants within Walmart Garden Departments. Train full-time and seasonal employees on these tasks while establishing positive working relationships with store personnel. Execute merchandising direction from supervisors and communicate initiatives to the team. Answer customer questions regarding products and maintain acute attention to detail with strong organizational skills. Requires a clean driving record, background check, and a smart phone with mobile device management software installed. Starting pay is $14.00/Hr with 2 weeks paid vacation and 5 PTO days. Phone stipend reimbursement and mileage paid to and from stores are included.
Required Qualifications
- Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) approved driving record (for employees 18 and older)
- Background Check
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to establish and maintain a positive working relationship with store personnel
- Ability to follow and execute merchandising direction as given to you by your supervisor
- Ability to communicate initiatives to store personnel
- Willingness to work with in-store customers to answer questions regarding the products
- Acute attention to detail

- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
- Must have a smart phone updated with the latest operating system from IOS and/or Android and agree to have a mobile device management software installed on your device by the IT Department to load applications for the purpose of clocking in/out
