Job Summary
Manage team members by assisting stores in displaying and organizing live plants within Walmart Garden Departments and training full-time and seasonal employees on these tasks. Establish positive working relationships with store personnel, execute merchandising direction from supervisors, and communicate initiatives to the team. Work with in-store customers to answer product questions while maintaining acute attention to detail and high standards. Requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma or GED, and a smartphone with mobile device management software installed for clocking in/out.
Required Qualifications
- Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) approved driving record (for employees 18 and older)
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to establish and maintain a positive working relationship with store personnel
- Ability to follow and execute merchandising direction as given to you by your supervisor
- Ability to communicate initiatives to store personnel
- Willingness to work with in-store customers to answer questions regarding the products
- Acute attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
- Must have a smart phone updated with the latest operating system from IOS and/or Android and agree to have a mobile device management software installed on your device by the IT Department to load applications for the purpose of clocking in/out
