Job Summary
As Team Manager at Panera, lead and develop restaurant team members, coach staff to exceed goals in sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience, participate in interviewing and selection, train for food safety standards, and foster a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust while ensuring high standards and guest delight. You’ll manage shifts, build relationships with guests, and drive performance through coaching, recognition, and team development to support Panera Bread’s leadership values and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification)
- Minimum age: 18
- 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
- flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment
- background check required
