Job Summary
As a Team Manager, lead and develop the bakery-cafe team to deliver high guest satisfaction by ensuring quality food, service, and staff; coach and motivate team members to exceed goals in sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience; participate in interviewing and selection, train staff in food safety standards, and uphold Panera's culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust. Demonstrates leadership by building relationships, celebrating achievements, and modeling Panera’s guiding values and behaviors in a fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18 years
- 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
- ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification)
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment
- Background check required
