Job Summary
As a Team Manager at Panera, you’ll join the bakery-cafe’s leadership team to run great shifts, support team development, and uphold high standards for guest experience. You’ll lead, coach, and motivate team members to meet goals in sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest satisfaction; participate in interviewing and selection; train the team in food safety; and help cultivate a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, trust, and teamwork. The role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends and involves communicating effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment. Equal opportunity employer; background check required. Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18 years
- 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
- ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification)
