Job Summary
Lead, manage, and develop a team in a fast-paced Panera bakery-cafe, coaching staff to deliver high-quality food, service, and guest experiences. Drive performance in sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest satisfaction; participate in interviewing and selection; train team on food safety standards; uphold a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, trust, and values. Demonstrate ability to lead great shifts, motivate others, and adapt to shifting priorities. This role requires ServSafe certification (or the ability to obtain it) and may include flexible hours including nights and weekends; background checks are required.
Required Qualifications
- ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification)
- Minimum age: 18 years
- 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
