Job Summary
Manage, supervise, and coach Online Casino Dealers while balancing team well-being with business targets. Conduct routine floor walks within the studio, handle disciplinary cases, and lead individual meetings. Prepare and monitor KPI data to execute improvement plans, participate in recruitment and training, and manage scheduling processes. Work with internal systems like JIRA and Evo Desk to organize projects and deadlines. Be the first point of contact for subordinates and establish cross-departmental cooperation. Requires minimum 2 years of supervisory experience and the ability to work flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Minium 2 years of Supervisory or Shift Manager experience
- Technically proficient in computer programs, especially Microsoft Office
- The ability to work flexible hours
- Managerial courage to lead and hold others accountable
- Prompt and organized
- Travel may be required
