Job Summary
Delight guests by ensuring high-quality food, service, and staff performance. Build relationships with loyal guests and lead team development through coaching, inspiration, and motivation to exceed sales and guest experience goals. Participate in interviewing and selection processes, train staff in food safety standards, and maintain a culture of warmth and trust. This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18 years of age
- 1+ years of restaurant management experience
- Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment
- ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification)
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds
- Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours
- Ability to clearly communicate and quickly understand guests and associates' directions in a loud environment
