Job Summary
Team Manager in Neurodevelopmental Assessments responsible for day-to-day line management of clinical staff, fostering a supportive, high-performing team, and acting as the main contact for associate clinicians on administrative and service-delivery matters. Oversees annual appraisal processes, performance monitoring, absence management, recruitment and onboarding, induction of new staff, and workforce planning. Ensures compliance with policies and governance standards, promotes a culture of safety and continuous improvement, participates in audits and service development, and supports staff development and professional growth. Requires experience supervising clinical staff, recruitment/onboarding, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proactive, organized approach within a healthcare setting. Driving licence and access to a vehicle required.
