Job Summary
Lead technical and managerial teams of SAP consultants and developers, driving ABAP development, technical migration projects, and system landscape optimization. Assume responsibility for resource planning, scheduling, and expanding the project business within your area of expertise. Actively contribute to presales activities by representing the portfolio in client presentations, trade shows, and partner interactions, while preparing proposals and taking key roles in challenging client projects. Coach employees to foster growth and promote continuous skill development within the team. Support strategic divisional development and deepen collaboration with global partners like Oracle, SAP, and AWS.
Required Qualifications
- proven leadership experience in a comparable position
- demonstrated leadership skills in projects and initiatives
- extensive professional experience in the SAP technology environment
- experience in ABAP development
- experience in the design of technical architectures
- very good understanding of the SAP solution and product portfolio
