Team manager

Team manager to lead a cross-functional team in a highly international environment. Responsibilities include organizing, animating, and motivating team members; conducting one-to-one and team meetings; monitoring activity via KPIs; proposing and implementing improvement plans around accompaniment, innovation, automation and performance; coordinating transversal production activities; ensuring timely handling of files to avoid delays; addressing production incidents; managing activity flows (phone, email, chats); supporting the team through issues and dysfunctions; with welcome onboarding and coaching support. Flexible schedule with two telework days per week; located at Parc Technologique in Saint Priest with options for 35h or 37h contracts and potential 6-month CDI/CDD; open to workers with disabilities as part of recruitment policy.
