Job Summary
Conduct clinical assessments to determine worker and employer needs for recovery and return to work. Implement, monitor, and review rehabilitation plans to achieve successful outcomes. Onboard, train, and manage the performance of a team of consultants while governing quality and compliance standards. Provide leadership and development opportunities for a growing, multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals. Engage with and develop customer relations across federal, state, and private schemes. This role offers flexibility including work from home options for an accomplished Rehabilitation Consultant.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
- Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC/RCAA)
- Experience working within the Workcover WA scheme
