Job Summary
Lead a functional team within the Flavor Manufacturing Center, overseeing daily operations for receiving, transporting, storing, and shipping raw or finished goods. Manage employee relations through coaching, facilitation, and regular performance feedback while driving continual process improvement and root cause analysis. Ensure 100% compliance with operational procedures, coordinate resource sharing, and communicate plant objectives and scorecard metrics across the organization. Conduct team meetings, execute annual projects, and manage technical aspects specific to the warehouse area. Bachelor's degree required with food manufacturing experience, TPM knowledge, and WMS/LMS competency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or in pursuit of degree
- Experience working in food manufacturing
- TPM experience
- Demonstrated competency in WMS (Warehouse Management System) or LMS (Labor Management System) applications
- Demonstrated mechanical ability
- Knowledge of SAP or other enterprise resource planning tool
- Basic understanding of how own area integrates with other areas and co-ordinates to contribute to the achievement of goals
- Some knowledge of how external factors impact the work unit
- Uses judgement based on the analysis of information
- Requires attention to detail in making evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information
- Expected to resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of technical experience and review of precedents
