Job Summary
Team Manager at Panera Bread leads and develops the bakery-cafe team, runs great shifts, ensures food and guest-service quality, participates in interviewing and selection, trains staff on food safety, and fosters a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust. The role requires coaching and motivating staff to exceed goals in sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience; flexible hours including nights and weekends; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods; and ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain it).
