Job Summary
Team Manager responsible for leading Tiffany store teams in the London/Heathrow area on a 12-month FTC. Drive team accountability to deliver unparalleled service and achieve store KPIs (sales, client experience, operational excellence) while coaching on the sales floor, developing teams, and expanding client relationships. Cultivate market insights, maintain compliance with Tiffany & LVMH procedures, support store opening/closing, workforce planning, and collaboration with headquarters on new tools deployment. Requires a proven track record in sales management within a luxury omnichannel environment, strong recruitment and talent development skills, ability to work non-traditional hours, and a college/university degree is preferred. Jewelry/watch expertise is a plus and DEIB values are emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of sales management experience
- Sales and clienteling leader in an omnichannel luxury environment with proven track record in achieving commercial results
- Leadership and interpersonal skills: inspiring and trusted leader with demonstrated capability in recruitment, development and retention of talents
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Preferred: A college/university degree
Desired Qualifications
