Job Summary
Team Manager leads bakery-cafe shifts, develops and coaches staff, and partners with leadership to maintain quality, guest experience, and high standards. Responsible for interviewing/selecting staff, training on food safety, driving sales and guest satisfaction, and fostering a warm, growth-oriented culture. Delivers engaging leadership, ensures accurate orders and speed, and celebrates team achievements; supports culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust. Requires ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain), ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends, and background check clearance.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
- ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification)
- This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds
- Must be able to clearly communicate and understand guests and associates’ directions in a loud environment
- Background check required
