Job Summary
Lead a multi-skilled team on the shop floor in a fast-paced fashion, home and beauty environment at Oxford Area, delivering five-star service and strong commercial results. Drive standards, safety, availability and operational excellence while coaching and developing colleagues, using data and insight to inform decisions, and modelling inclusive, customer-focused leadership aligned with M&S behaviours. This is a full-time role requiring leadership on the shop floor with a focus on service, pace and people development.

- Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced retail or customer-focused environment
- Strong commercial awareness with the confidence to use data and insight to drive results
