Team Manager – Family Help Service

Provide direct line management and professional support to Consultant Social Workers, Social Workers, and Outreach Family Support Workers within Liverpool Council's Family Help Service. Ensure effective supervision arrangements are in place, manage case oversight, and support the team to deliver high-quality, child-centred interventions that improve outcomes for children, young people, and families. Maintain standards of practice, support performance management, monitor staff development, and ensure team health and safety. Promote reflective practice and consistent approaches to supporting families. Requires Social Work England registration, UK eligibility, full UK license, post-qualified experience, and a degree in Social Work.
