Job Summary
Plan, implement, and manage activities for the service workforce within a designated district to ensure prompt and complete installations and services. Formulate business plans targeting sales growth and profitability while coordinating between the district service force and corporate service. Conduct monthly or quarterly meetings, communicate policies and procedures, and assist the sales force in developing low installation costs. Develop and maintain an effective workforce through recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching. Track daily, monthly, and quarterly installation and service activity to ensure consistency and high-quality, timely customer retention.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent related experience
- 3 to 5 years related industry experience with a high volume, high impact operation
- Experience calculating economic impact or offerings on a customers' business
- Experience building value cases for customers
- Ability to successfully handle multiple challenges
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to effectively lead a team
- Solid business skills
- Conceptually oriented with the ability to think and act strategically
- Proven management skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills in a Microsoft Windows
