Job Summary
Manage the team for the client based in Lisbon, Portugal, with mandatory experience using CCRM. Lead operations while maintaining C1 or native-level proficiency in both English and French. The first month of employment is on-site, with potential to transition to a hybrid 50/50 work model once autonomy is demonstrated. Candidates must currently reside in Porto. This role offers a gross salary of €33,780.00 to €35,400.00 annually plus a €12 meal allowance per day. No relocation support is provided.
Required Qualifications
- Mandatory experience with CCRM
- Mandatory C1 or native-level proficiency in English
- Mandatory C1 or native-level proficiency in French
