Team Manager, Datacenter Operations – Infrastructure Team leads a group delivering rack solutions (Dedicated, Colocation, shared racks) and manages network equipment deployment and maintenance. Responsible for mentoring and coaching team members to grow performance, overseeing daily technical operations, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and swift resolution of issues, and evaluating systems to meet current and future client demands. Drives innovation to enhance processes and improve efficiency in the datacenter, balancing occupancy, maintenance, and hardware migrations while guiding the team to deliver reliable service and high-quality operational results.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in a similar role (datacenter operations or technical operations management) with a focus on team leadership
- Solid understanding of datacenter infrastructure
- Proven ability to inspire and lead teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
