Job Summary

Lead a team of approximately 12 people, including consultants, responsible for the development, operations, and continuous improvement of Tres Nordic data and analysis platforms. Manage the full delivery chain from requirement analysis to production, building, integrating, and automating data flows while ensuring high data quality, performance, and availability for business reporting needs. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, architects, and Data Strategy to enable secure, scalable, and business-relevant data access, contributing to Nordic harmonization of data landscapes and processes across Sweden and Denmark. Drive operational stability, prioritize work, and evolve working methods, tools, and processes to support modernization of data pipelines and sustainable data modeling. Act as a coach and leader, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning while translating data strategy into concrete business results.

Required Qualifications

several years of experience leading work within Business Intelligence, Data Engineering or Data Warehouse
experience driving technical delivery in complex environments where many systems, stakeholders and priorities need to collaborate
good understanding of the entire data flow – from data sources, integrations and data pipelines to data modeling, visualization and consumption
experience working with areas such as data quality, metadata, traceability, governance and master data
familiarity with DevOps principles
familiarity with agile working methods
familiarity with continuous improvement
ability to translate strategy into concrete plans
ability to drive momentum in complex initiatives
ability to get people along the way
skill as a skilled relationship builder who can create alignment between technology, business and organization
