Job Summary
Team Manager for Data Annotation with a global tech platform. Lead and inspire a moderation-focused team responsible for reviewing, classifying, and annotating data to support AI/ML models, abuse detection, and operational intelligence. Drive KPIs, reporting, and client-facing communications; collaborate with client SPOCs to improve processes, policies, and content transparency. Ensure accuracy, neutrality, privacy, and compliance across moderation activities; identify anomalies, escalate trends, and optimize workflows. Strong focus on teamwork, coaching, and developing team members; stay updated on policy changes, industry regulations, and safety practices. Proficiency with moderation tools, data privacy standards, and cross-functional collaboration with policy, legal, engineering, and community management teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience across service delivery for Data Annotation and Content Moderation.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Team Manager.
- Familiarity with content management systems and moderation tools.
- Experience in handling escalations, appeals, and community disputes related to UGC and platform policies.
- Understanding of CoMo Technology Features and Functionalities is a must.
