Team Manager Customer Success - Spanish Speaker

Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers to drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth across customer portfolios; coach and develop CSMs to excel in key metrics, manage performance and compensation discussions, and collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services to scale the CS organization, while ensuring proactive risk management and cross-departmental visibility. Strong leadership, people-management experience, and bilingual communication in English and Spanish (with Italian as a plus) are highly valued, along with ability to manage multiple priorities, travel as needed (less than 20%), and drive customer outcomes that maximize lifetime value.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of direct people management experience, including supervisory experience of supervisors and/or individual contributors
- 5 years of related experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Account Management, or Sales
- Fluency in English & Spanish
