Job Summary
Manage the full customer lifecycle from project delivery and service to administration and financial follow-up for Avaya and Unify teams. Lead engineers and administrative colleagues while overseeing project planning, execution, and quality against SLAs and KPIs. Organize ongoing service and support, including remote engineering, and take responsibility for incidents and escalations. Ensure accurate processing of orders, contracts, and billing while monitoring financial results like margins and costs. Bridge delivery, operations, sales, and finance to drive process improvements from intake to factoring. Work three days in-office with a hybrid model, reporting to a Telenet group team focused on results and ownership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor- of masterdiploma
- 7 jaar relevante werkervaring
- Ervaring met Unified Communications (bijvoorbeeld Avaya, Unify of vergelijkbare oplossingen)
- Kennis van service delivery, operations en administratieve processen
- Ervaring met people management en coaching van teams
- Sterk zakelijk en financieel inzicht (kostenbeheer, marges, rendabiliteit)
- Analytisch, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht ingesteld
- Combinatie van technische affiniteit, administratieve nauwkeurigheid en een zakelijke, klantgerichte houding
- Je draagt continuous improvement voorop en bent proactief
- Als people leader minimum drie dagen per week op kantoor werkt
