Job Summary
Lead a bakery-cafe shift as Team Manager by coaching and developing team members to meet goals in sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience; participate in interviewing and selection; train staff on food safety standards; uphold a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust; ensure guest satisfaction and high standards of food and service; manage schedules and operations in a fast-paced environment; requires ServSafe knowledge or certification (or ability to obtain) and the ability to communicate effectively, motivate others, and drive performance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18 years of age.
- 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
