Job Summary
As a Team Manager at Panera, you will lead the leadership team in running shifts and supporting team development while ensuring high standards in food quality and guest service. Responsibilities include delighting guests, building relationships, coaching and motivating team members to achieve sales goals, participating in the hiring process, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. The position requires flexible hours including nights and weekends, and emphasizes a culture of warmth, growth, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18 years of age
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds
- Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours
- Must be able to clearly communicate and understand directions in a loud environment
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
- Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
- ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification)
