Manage server and hardware configuration while preparing site readiness forms, gap analysis scopes, and implementation sign-offs. Deliver on-site or off-site support via online sessions as needed. Provide regular feedback on newly implemented projects and gather competitor intelligence. Take ownership of client care and ensure proper process flows with DFD diagrams.
