Job Summary
Responsibilities include driving the performance of the assigner team in a 24/7 Work Management Center through daily supervision, coaching, and support; plan, direct, supervise, and evaluate workflow; develop processes to drive consistency and continuous improvement; ensure timely response and exceptional service to internal and external customers; manage workforce levels to meet goals; coordinate cross-departmental activities and utilize data reporting to optimize operations; travel and extended hours may be required. Requires 4-6 years in Distribution Operations with supervisory experience, proficiency in basic PC applications and work management software, and ability to operate in a 24/7 dispatch environment.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years' experience in Distribution Operations, or equivalent.
- Supervisory experience or proven leadership ability.
- Demonstrated skill in organizing, scheduling, and planning work to maximize operational effectiveness in a 24/7 or continuous operations environment.
- Ability to travel and work extended hours
- Proficiency in basic PC applications CIS, work management software solutions.
